The iron frame is hinged at the inside of each of the iron doors, this will facilitate cleaning of your doors and also will allow a cool breeze to pass if needed. The frame can be made to hold glass of any thickness and also double glazed insulating glass if you prefer. The standard frames are made to hold 5/8" glass.Please let us know the thickness of glass that you need at the time of your order.
